Winter 2009 Workshops

Social Networking

When: Wednesday March 11^th, 2009 3:00pm–5:00pm
Where: Learning Collaboration Studio, Rm 060, Science and Engineering Library

Registration is required. (Register)

Participants will learn how and why to employ social networking tools, such as Facebook, blogs, wikis, and MySpace, for educational purposes. This workshop will consist primarily of a discussion of the education value of these tools and potential uses, followed by hands-on tutorials catered to whichever programs receive the most interest.
