Digital Union student staff supervisor and facilities manager, Queenie Chow, will lead participants through her use of Carmen as a staff management tool to post work schedules, share documents, encourage collaboration, and more.
Time will be allotted for an open discussion of best practices and a Carmen support staff member will be on hand to address technical questions.
